SCHD is better Now! Providing investors with more Dividend Income by 10.3%
The Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF - SCHD - Just completed its annual reconstitution, and they have completely changed their investments! In 2022, SCHD had more than 41% exposure to Information technology stocks, and Financial Stocks. HOWEVER, in light of recent events, with the collapse of banks like SVB and Signature, SCHD has underperformed the S&P500. Therefore, it has now dropped its exposure to the financial and tech sector by an average of nearly 40%. AND made some Major changes, like... kicking out IBM!
