The form of real estate investing I’m talking about here is investing in hotel rooms. Many hotels, especially in resort locations, actually sell their individual rooms. Meaning, if you stay in a hotel room at a 5 star hotel in Miami, the actual owner might not be a brand like Marriott or IHG. Instead, the owner might be an individual like you or me who gets paid after your stay.
Think of it like owning a short term rental. The difference though is the a five star service team at the hotel takes care of it for you
