Passive Income Investments: 5 Ways to Invest for Passive Income | Beginner Friendly

I discuss five ways that you can invest your money to generate passive income. If you are new to investing, I make suggestions on how you can get started, and give specific examples that you can research further.

This video provides a definition of passive income and how that can be related to investing. Then I cover my favorite methods for investing, including dividend ETFs, stock in large cap companies that pay dividends, particularly dividend aristocrats, REITs and REIT ETFs, real estate through the Fundrise platform, and getting the best return when you need to hold cash by keeping it an a high interest rate savings account. I also give a quick walkthrough on searching for a savings account on Bankrate.com.
