The ideas to earn passive income I cover in this video include:

Airbnb, Turo, Neighbor, Nextdoor, Fat Llama and more! There are plenty of sharing economy apps that help people rent out their assets to earn passive income.
2️⃣ YouTube
This is one of my favorite passive income ideas because of the sheer scaling potential. YouTube isn't passive at the start. But as you grow a channel, you can outsource the work and make it semi-passive.
3️⃣ Sell Bandwidth
Companies like Honeygain and Pawns let you sell your unused internet bandwidth to earn passive income. These apps don't pay that much, but they're super beginner friendly and are also global.
4️⃣ Dividend Stocks
This is a boring way to make passive income, but it sure works. Investing in dividend stocks is also a great way to put your money to work for you.
5️⃣ Invest In Businesses
You can invest in equipment to start a business and eventually outsource a lot of the work. Alternatively, there are semi-passive businesses and hustles out there like vending machines. Or, you can even invest in shares of franchises with platforms like Franshares.
6️⃣ Real Estate
Real estate is a popular passive income source for many people. But you don't need to be rich to get started. Crowdfunding options like Arrived and Ark7 are perfect examples. Alternatively, you can invest in REITs.
7️⃣ Fixed Income Investments
Investing in bonds, CDs, treasury bills, or even a high-yield savings account are perfect examples of earning passive income with some safe, fixed income investments.
Ultimately, I think anyone can begin earning passive income, even if they're starting with $0.
