Today we do another recap on the past couple weeks worth of interesting real estate related news. We start talking about an off market sale of Oprahs home in Montecito, which she recently flipped to Jennifer Aniston for $14.8 Million. Now Aniston is neighbors with people like Ellen Degeneres and Ariana Grande in this ritzy party of California. Next we get into a New York mobster with a $45 Million real estate empire who had a family out to get him. After that we discuss the $55 Million Beverly Hills estate that Mackenzie Scott just donated to a charity. Then we get into 2 luxury properties that Kim Kardashian just listed for sale for a combined nearly $10 Million. And last we talk about Nile Niami's ex wife recently selling her Bel Air mansion for $28 million.
